The room was confortable The breakfast was great
it was awesome location
the hotel is a way out form the centre of town. It's only a 15min ride into town by taxi. The hotel is in an industrial zone. This is not so much of a problem, but people who book should really know about this. I think it is good value for money, albeit facilities re q bit utilitarian
The restaurant is great
This was an amazing hotel! Very good breakfast! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, shower pressure was perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The property is a little bit away from the city Center, but for us that wasnt a problem, there is a tram and bus stop down the road and it takes you right to the city centre. Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed for 5 nights, if we will be in Florence again we will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended this hotel!
Very friendly and welcoming staff, quite basic but still nice breakfast, good offer for a dinner in a restaurant, nice rooms and enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel.
Traveling alone and felt very secure in the hotel . The staff were so helpful in booking a taxi for 4:30 am for me and it was a relief because I knew that I will have a safe ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety. The location was definitely a bit far from the train station and city centre. Staff not too helpful with explaining the local transport as they seemed very busy but we asked locals and managed to use the bus and tram. On the whole the hotel was really good and offered value for money very comfortable but just not centrally located.
